It is set up so that even people who are beginners on the Internet will have an easy time navigating through it and getting the important information they want.
Network of Care History
In January 2001, Sacramento County was notified that it had been awarded one of the Long-Term Care Innovation Grants from the State Department of Aging. The amount of $2.2 million was awarded jointly to Sacramento County and Alameda County for a pilot project called "Network of Care."
Working together, the dedicated staff at Senior and Adult Services strives to promote the health and safety of elderly and disabled, dependent adults within Sacramento County.
